Payment

All shop payments will be processed through Stripe or  PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card, as well as a Paypal account. Stripe and PayPal automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Wholesale orders must be paid in full on the date of shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Authorized returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days. All items must be in their original condition and you must email tory@huecompleteme.com to organize BEFORE sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded. Cancellations may only be placed before orders shipment.
